Become a Country Operating Partner
Join PASP as a Country Operating Partner
PASP is seeking established companies and investment groups to serve as Country Operating Partners — the institutional country-level strategic partners and proposed 50% economic co-owners of PASP Country Joint Ventures. If your organization has the capacity, networks and strategic alignment to lead business expansion execution in your country, we invite you to apply.
The COP Opportunity
The COP Opportunity
As a COP, your organization becomes the proposed 50% economic co-owner of the PASP Country Joint Venture — giving you a genuine economic stake in every expansion PASP facilitates in your country.
PASP selects one COP per country — giving your organization an exclusive institutional position as PASP's country-level strategic partner for all PASP-facilitated expansions in your market.
As a COP, you gain access to PASP's pipeline of verified, expansion-ready companies — businesses that have been independently assessed and formally verified before being introduced to you.
COPs have the opportunity to co-invest alongside PASP's investor network in expansion transactions — participating in the capital upside of the expansions they help execute.
COPs participate in PASP's Regional COP CEO Consultative Councils — contributing to platform strategy, standards and development at the highest level.
As part of the PASP COP network, your organization gains access to a continental network of peer COPs, expanding companies, investors and strategic institutions.

Strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance and institutional standards — meeting PASP's governance requirements and the expectations of international investors and partners.
Genuine alignment with PASP's mission, values and operating principles — a commitment to building a long-term institutional partnership focused on creating real economic value.
Relevant sector experience, industry relationships or market knowledge that supports effective execution of PASP-facilitated expansions in your country.
